Rename the org? #5

John M White brought the suggestion of renaming the organization to JuliaQuantum to make the name more explicit. The name of JuliaQ was just out of votes from me and very few colleagues including Jarrett before starting. I would open this issue for you guys to decide: should we use JuliaQ or JuliaQuantum or something else as the organization's name... Let's open for one week.

Yes; I think JuliaQuantum is a lot more clear.

If I were to read 'JuliaQ', I would assumes Queues (like qstat, qsub on clusters).

I prefer JuliaQuantum also.

Yeah, JuliaQ is more catchy but I suppose clarity has higher priority here. I'm fine with changing the name to JuliaQuantum. If we're going to for that, I do think QuantumJulia sounds nicer. But on that point, I guess I'm being rather nitpicky.

Seems we don't need to wait for any longer to rename it. I will do the clear up work right now.

Seems not as clear as JuliaQuantum. Also, Qulia sounds like a bad thing in my native Chinese language :(... Should I wait for a little longer?
