Call for Quantum dynamics solvers. #8

While the QuBase.jl project is defining a basic typing system for high-level and specific projects, quantum dynamics calculation functions are encouraged to be made using those data types defined in QuBase.jl as well as compatible with native Julia data types. The QuBase.jl project commits to excellence through the requests coming from quantum dynamics solver makers and users. More importantly, the JuliaQuantum as an umbrella organization associated with the JuliaLang head organization is calling for leaders and quantum dynamics solver projects under the organization.

Members of JuliaQuantum are working hard to build a sustainable and long-lasting eco-software system for leading open-source packages in Julia and for a broad spectrum of quantum science and technology. In fact, there have been various open-source repositories designed for quantum dynamics calculations by many individuals and entities, and we are also trying to build interfaces to those packages--may include packages written in Julia as well. However, the organization has no obligation to integrate packages owned by entities other than JuliaQuantum into the eco-software system and the quality control system we are dedicating to. If you have a repository fully implemented along this thread, you can post the information of the repo below. The steering team will review your repo and entitle the ownership of the organization to you if approved. Then you can simply transfer the ownership of the repo under JuliaQuantum. You will lose nothing except you get many helpers to maintain the package for excellence. If you would like to start an organizational project from scratch, you are also encouraged to post your information here. We will decide how it goes.

We leave this issue open until the organization has enough quantum dynamics solver projects to cover all targeted topics on our list.

Future work: optimizing existing solvers and more new solvers (like for stochastic quantum processes) as discussed in #32 .
