Documentation link on README is broken atm? #50

Right link is: http://sunoru.github.io/RandomNumbers.jl/latest/ I think But currently it's linking to: http://sunoru.github.io/RandomNumbers.jl/latest/man/bases/

Thank you! I intended to make that link to the first page of the manual. The name was previously a wrong word ("bases", so we changed it to "basics") but we forgot to modify that link.
