Error with some games #11

Base on the travis CI test and my local test:

Atari games of "pacman", "surround" are not working. Need investigation.

That is a bug that has been fixed in more recent versions of ALE.

Maybe we could get a new release of ALE.jl using a more recent version of ALE?
