Use BinaryProvider where possible #56

I can't seem to hook CodeCov and Coveralls anymore...

BinaryProvider isn't very convincing here. The binaries aren't picked up on TravisCI... https://travis-ci.org/JuliaSmoothOptimizers/AmplNLReader.jl/jobs/443907917#L631

Ouch, we have a Linux failure again. I wonder if it has to do with binaries being precompiled. It wasn't happening when we were compiling manually.
