:docfix: Renamed r_ecef_to_eci in doc text to r_eci_to_eci. #88

In the ECI->ECI conversion file, the documentation for r_eci_to_eci was erroneously described as r_ecef_to_eci - which refers to an "earth fixed to inertial" transformation rather than an "intertial to inertial" transformation.
