Keep track of missing SparseArrays function(alitie)s:

[ ] sprand
[ ] sprandn
[ ] Some alternative to sparse
[ ] spzeros(?)
[ ] spdiagm
[ ] blockdiag
[ ] rowvals
[ ] nzrange
[ ] droptol!
[ ] dropzeros[!]
[ ] permute[!] (not sure best way to implement this)

Closing this here. Some sort of SparseArrayCompatGB.jl will do this since the semantics of GraphBLAS and SparseArrays do not admit a common interface.
