Two checks are failing. However, there are unrelated to the documentation (I did not add any code).

@palday, would you be able to either do a brief review or select a reviewer for this PR? I don't know if it is on purpose or not, but I cannot select a reviewer in the right sidebar.

@ericqu Yeah, there seems to be some problems on 32-bit Windows with newer Julia versions. I'm at capacity in my FOSS life at the moment, but I'll try to take a look soon.

Hi @palday , sorry I did want to incur much extra work for you. My question is not about the code (I only want to add some documentation), but I don't know how to make someone like @nalimilan the reviewer of the PR or how to find out who would be the adequate person to do the review.
