Changes for Julia v0.6 #17

as per #16

There is one unnecessary, but not harmful, change in test/gammalasso.jl where I added header=false in a call to readcsv. I was working out some of the details of the switch to CSV.read from readtable and changed that call. I would undo the change if my git foo were up to the task, but it isn't.
