This PR adds downstream tests (currently only for Distributions.jl) to minimize the risk of accidentally introducing breaking changes (this happened actually with a few recent commits, unfortunately they broke the tests of Distributions).
For now, I just copied the downstream tests from StatsBase and included only Distribution.
