Add Statistics and enable tests #11

Tests check that loading all dependent packages are the same time does not create conflicts in function names. They also make JuliaCIBot happy.

OK to merge? We can always improve testing later to actually load all packages and run tests in the same process, but that apparently requires parsing REQUIRE or Project files manually at this point.
