We should put a max version on this to kill it before 0.4 is released #3

i.e. tag max version 0.4 on all releases, and make a new tagged version print a big warning message on load. Also change the repository description to say something like [deprecated, use StatsBase.jl]

This package exists to load and export other packages. We shouldn't deprecate it: we should expand it.

Oh! I thought it was a legacy of a different age. Is this going to be a "meta" package then?

Cool. Maybe still update the description of one of Stats and StatsBase, but not critical
