The failure was introduced somewhere between Feb 5th (https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/commit/28db6c7a1159bba9e1745416df0f2917c5e9324c, v1.11.0-DEV.1475) and Feb 8th (https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/commit/41a6e7b6c839f4828f1dbda66725aabc78b75d50, v1.11.0-DEV.1506), according to the PkgEval report from Feb 8th.
