removed TaijaPLotting #111

cc @Rockdeldiablo I've had to remove TaijaPlotting from the docs environment to be able to specify a compat entry for MLJBase that doesn't cause issues. I think the issue needs to be fixed on the TaijaPlotting side, which is a mess of a package right now. This should fix things here to get the new release out (but will lead to error when trying to use the new version with TaijaPlotting).

But is this stopping you from continuing work on CP.jl? Otherwise I'll stop working on this now and focus on ICML again 😅
