Http0.7.0 -> master #122

This version seems to be working (the examples are), but tests are currently incomplete, and there is lots of debugging code present. To display @debug messages, include test/logformat.jl

Plan to continue work and squash before merging this PR, but now is a good time for discussing interface changes.

Locally, this has been partly tested with HTTP 0.7.1.
