I tested this locally with Julian/Filesystems#16.

Hopefully these failures can be fixed by a rebuild if/when Julian/Filesystems#17 is merged, though they aren't obviously related. I guess we'll see.

Nevermind, just gonna push with a locked rev to avoid this in the future.

Still got py3 and Windows failures, but two looks good so I think this is ready. Then I'll dig on the py3 errors in that branch.
