I had some spare time and thought some of this might be useful. #3

Added a command to load an Eclipse project (no API support, but was a fun learning exercise)
check_eclim makes sure settings are properly loaded before bailing out
SetEclimPath uses the currently set path to eclim as the default
JavaValidation distinguishes between errors and warnings visually
Added a logging module to output python logging messages to the statusbar and a new view

Thanks for your substantial contribution! Sorry I didn't respond earlier but projects like these always depend on available free time and motivation :-) I will merge now and do a bit of cleanup of my own. I wil test everything, and maybe put Subclim on Package Control at some later point.
