Fix for issue #34 and #36 #35

Typo fix in one of my previous pull strings
Now if the substring at offset is '(' or ')' it uses col - 1 as offset to get the correct doc string.
Moved code for restructure refactor to the main_thread
Added some code missing at get_goal cause the last merge

Hi,

It seems you accidentally added the generate_modules_cache function to this pull request. It's ok anyway, I've tested it and it seems to work (although non-trivial modules have to be added like "numpy.*"), so I'll pull this and add some README etc..
