Rope commands disappear after restart sublime text 2 #72

I installed SublimeRope using package control. If I remove the package, reinstall it with package control, before I restart the app, I have all the commands in my command palette. But after a restart, I loose them all, just like I never installed it, but I can still find it in the installed package list, just don't work. Mountain Lion.

I tried to remove all the settings of sublime text 2 by delete the folder "my home/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 2", and reinstall the plugins, somehow it works, back to normal, I don't know if this is a bug of ST2 itself or this plugin. My other plugins work fine though.
