As a user, I want to read a short description about the app and decide if I either want to register or to start without registration. I want to click on the button "start without registration" and start the navigation. I can also click the button "register" and move on to the Registration Form

UI Conditions:

Description - Text "start without registration" - Button "Registration" - Button
