Product feature / branding updates (Many related to Entra)
Applied Microsoft approved casing on many instances of features (E.g. Subscription -> subscription, Management Group -> management group)
A few spelling errors fixed
docs.microsoft.com -> learn.microsoft.com
remove locale from links
Restructured the deployment guide to be broken into three pages for a more focus consumption experience
Brought the deployment guide up higher in the README

No functional changes introduced.
