Fixing Footer - Issue #51 #53

The changes are too large for me to effectively review. Must the changes be on the monster of a line, line 10?

Alternatively, you can add line breaks in one commit, show your changes, then in the next commit convert back to one line.

Once the scope of the changes are clarified, I'll gladly merge the PR.

Sorry about that. Basically replaced the footer image with the header image and shrunk the padding.
