Fixed error on service worker. #177

Sorry, there was an error with an undefined variable version in the service worker public/sw.js. It was causing the Service unavailable errors.

merged onto production @fers490 I'll be up another 20 minutes if there's anything else you want to push. WORKER: fetch request failed in both cache and network.
