Some Skit Voices missing near start of disc 2 - may be due to disc swap #1

I have noticed a couple bugs, upon swapping discs for the first time after the iselia human ranch, the skits will randomly not be voiced anymore. i dont know if this stays like this or it fixes itself, i just reset and it fixed itself. i will have to test this further.

Need to determine if issue is due to disc swap or missing/broken files/pointers.

If someone has multiple copies of the game loaded into Dolphin's game list, Dolphin will pick and use the first instance of the disc it finds when swapping discs, which may mean it loads a copy of the unpatched disc. In instances where the Undubbed discs are the only copy of the game in Dolphin's game list, this bug does not occur
