What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Long press the Home button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A long press on the Home button should bring up a window with the running and 
recent apps. Instead, it does nothing when you do a long press.

Verified. I'll look into adding this function to the next iteration of soft 
menu.
