Hey Julien, apologies for the slow response (I've been ill). I'm happy to contribute to the Stan tutorial. Will need some time as I'm juggling a few projects at the moment, but let me know what would be the best way to get started.

Hey Jordan This terms has been quite hectic. The idea of the overall tutorial is to fit similar models using the same dataset across multiple softwares. It is by no means a try to be a full tutorial on QG and on the all the software.

In my view, the minimum would be to fit a simple animal model, one with repeated measures and a bivariate one in stan, with a few fixed effects and random effects with some explanation. However, fill free to add more depth in explanations or more models (following a bit what is done for the other softwares) if you want. We can also schedule a quick meeting if you want to chat more about it
