Documentation fixes about refresh token #7

There is a typo, and a little note about where the refresh token is to be found.

can you please rebase your commit to my master ? Your Pull-Request should contain only one commit:

I'm a monkey, I am not able to do this simple task cleanly with 2 repos (origin and upstream). Sorry for this noise, I am learning... I will try more, but will likely produce a new pull request that will be clean. My current repository is a huge mess :-S

I could not make a clean pull request with my repo and its mess of branches. I create a new one.
