Additionally, I've noticed that infirmaries and psychologists are only effective if they are placed near the entrance of your university. I don't know how a student is selected to visit the psych, but often times I see them return from their way home, If the psych is on the 11th floor, that room is empty until that student gets all the way back. Would it be possible to select them by proximity to the room first?
There is a mix and match when it comes to card names with and without capital letters.
