After the 100 years run, all my students were divided in specialized houses, only with one magic type, all others forbidden. Even if all my students were studying arcane magic, all of them had angel wings and sacred halo. All of them. I checked, and none of them had any level in sacred magic, retribution or heroism. Didn't check other atifacts, but it is possible the same apllies. I had saveral of all artifacts stacked when I noticed this bug.
