A lot has been done and i would like some feedback, especially from @Julienh.

What has changed :

Using grunt + uglify to compress the js
Split the different platforms in independant files, making it easier to maintain, to extend, and to use.
Various bugfixes + https everywhere
New platforms: Tumblr, Reddit, Twitter Follow
Added large examples in index.html
Popup size on all platforms
Turn on or off the count of each platform
