We tried reproducing the error on Windows, Mac and Linux but were unable to do so.

If I typed in any another client, like "find client xxxxx", the app does not find, even though 4 legitimate properties have been added to the list. If they were not legitimate, why were they allowed to be added into the system. In fact, when i type in clear all, nothing happens.

This indicates that there is a serious bug in your app and it should be severity high.
