Dear tester, our application is not meant to be a property agent training app, and since real estate agents in Singapore requires license, we can expect all agents to understand the very basic terminologies used by their profession, new migrant or not.

Reason for disagreement:
Dear team,
you have the assumption that all agents will understand the very basic terminologies used by their profession, but that is your assumption. There is no guarantee that everyone who opens your app will definitely have the knowledge of these common terms.
From the textbook, "A glossary serves to ensure that all stakeholders have a common understanding of the noteworthy terms, abbreviations, acronyms etc."
Given that your app is of a specific domain that has specific technical knowledge, it is essential to lay out these terms in the glossary such that everyone using your app can be on common ground.
For instance, if an investor wants to test out your app, it would greatly benefit them if there was a glossary so that they can have a common understanding of the properties types that your app supports.
Thus, the absence of a glossary is very apparent, given that your app is targeting users in a specific domain that might not be understood by many.
This bug should be of severity.Medium because of the reasons stated above.
New property agents or property agents that just migrated to Singapore might not know the meaning of technical terms like HDB, condo, landed, leasehold etc.
It will be nice if you could have provided them with a glossary of such technical terms where they can read up more.
