We understand that having to update 9 u/proceed twice to get the status to completion may be a hassle however, we thought that having the user specify the current status of the property would complicate the command. The user has to remember at least 2 additional keywords. Furthermore, regular commands would require more input from the user. As a result we believe that the compromise of having the user key in an extra update 9 u/proceed when forgetting to update the app for some days is justified.

Currently, the user has to type update 9 u/proceed twice in order to change the status of a property from Option to Completion. However, it may be better if the user is able to specify what is the current status of the property, as the user might forget to update the app for some days and the property sales is already complete.
