[Bug] There seems to be an issue with the emojis #648

With the latest release some emojis have two icons e.g.: 🙂‍↔️ and 🙂‍↕️

Thanks for reporting. This might be related to https://github.com/Julow/Unexpected-Keyboard/issues/384 and https://github.com/Julow/Unexpected-Keyboard/issues/468

I had similiar problem. Reason in my case was outdated emoji font file (/system/fonts/NotoColorEmoji.ttf) https://github.com/Julow/Unexpected-Keyboard/issues/468#issuecomment-1728643207. I fixed it by replacing font file via TWRP custom recovery. I used file manager which is included in TWRP. I downloaded new font file from here: https://github.com/googlefonts/noto-emoji/raw/main/fonts/NotoColorEmoji.ttf.
