Could we have a Time Rule added to the Add new Rule section please

If we can choose minutes / Hrs / Day it would be good

ie) If in 5 min Price goes more than % sell amount Market last price plus %

or

if 24 hr low price goes less than % buy market low price plus -% ( I need to know yesterdays low / high prices not the current ones )

I'm working on rule enhancement. App is not collecting historical data now. When tests is finished, rules will be updated. When I'll test dayly historycal data collecting on high market load, than I'll release this too.
