rulers - "copy from existing group" #144

When creating a new group of rules, if you choose to copy rules from group 2, QT Trader copies from group 1. If you try to copy rules from group 1, QT Trader copies from group 2.

Now that I've added more groups, the copy is working. Seems the problem is exclusive to wehn you have only 2 groups.
