Show Exchange Order # in Open Orders #180

At least for Bitfinex, I don't appear to be able to see the exchange's order ID within QtBitcoinTrader.

Hence requesting it as a feature.

Or is there a reason I don't need it?

OrderID is visible in tooltip when you hover mouse to # column value
