Meeting Bart

At this moment there are two options for us to consider:

We should look into Moneyou. They offer mortgages, but the process is done fully online (no personal visits). We should use Gradefix as a 'wizard council' (mid-office). Bart will give us an overview of frond/mid/back office.

We could start by allowing only 1 other party to fund a mortgage, later on we can open the mortgages up to multiple investors.

Loan offers should be public so that investors can bid against each other.

Risk: Cartel vorming van investors. Possible solution is that the bank decides the maximum interest rate for the investments. The bank does have a large role in this case though.

Who decides what the interest rate on the loans will be?

Note: We will format the requirements in the MoSCoW format next week, once the stakeholders have more clear requirements.

Anwer to a question from 23/11/2016 - If the house costs 200.000, the bank gives 120.000. Does the person have to have 80.000 before the bank can give them the mortgage?
