Create page for request summary

[Frama-99]

The page needs to have the following elements:

• [x] Project to check out for
• [x] Intended checkout time
• [x] Intended return time
• [x] List of equipment that contains the following. The EquipmentItem component can be reused
  • Picture
  • Name
  • Quantity requested with ability to adjust
• [x] Back button to go back to the browser/shopping page
• [x] Submit button that posts to the backend (Depends on https://github.com/JumboCode/TUTV/issues/142)
