Relates to #15

Will be looking into finding a preexisting package to handle most of this, but potentially broken down into:

[ ] Calendar container
[ ] Calendar header
[ ] Calendar month
[ ] Calendar day
[ ] Calendar navigation menu
[ ] Navigation arrows (reusable)

I think the move will be to start simple and add additional functionality as needed -- react-calendar should have us covered for the Calendar header, month, day, and navigation menu / tools.
