Layout and scaffold the admin dashboard at /admin-dashboard. Use flex boxes and don't worry about visual accuracy yet, just layout.
Eventually, the varying statuses ("Pending", "Approved", "Checked Out", "Returned") will be displayed in different colors. The text on the button (which currently says "View") will also be changed later on.
