Break the View Project Items page down into React components.
The component on the left will display all of the requested equipment by the project, (in this case, called "A Lover's Quarrel).
The Cancel button will return to the Admin Dashboard page (Ticket #TBD). The Start Checkout button will the Complete Checkout page (Ticket #TBD).
