Complete the definition of the Equipment model and associated taxonomy models #85

Taxonomy types would include all models necessary to fully specify the hierarchy in which equipment is categorized and/or tagged and/or arranged.

Communication about this issue is important and should happen in the #private-tutv-backend Slack channel as soon as possible.

The following needs to get done:

[x] get, post, delete on equipment items
[x] get, post, delete on equipment types
[x] get, post, delete on equipment categories
[x] get, post, delete on equipment requests
[x] get equipment availability given a timeframe and a piece of equipment
[x] sign out equipment given an equipment request ID
[x] return equipment given an equipment request ID

Bonus:

[ ] Modify equipment request given equipment request ID
[ ] Modify equipment item
[ ] Modify equipment type
