Developers: Bill and Sean Dates: April 21st - 28th Time spent: 7 hours Summary: able to send emails when changing shifts

there were a lot of bugs that we encountered along the way. Here are the highlights
fixed changing on call shifts with the name
set unique IDs so that we actually perform the right action in the database (removed hardcoded ones)
added the code to split over night shifts.
