I'm not sure the best way to go about this, but the current apply button state needs to go. Right now the buttons aren't clickable and are very confusing.
I'm thinking of two solutions:
They should link to a closed form when it's not time for applications, so it's clear applications are closed, then link to an open form when applications are open
They should disappear when applications are closed
Either way, I think application links should be stored in Contentful and updated when applications come out.
