Bug: v8.9.x BaseUrl setting is not honoured when sending server requests #108

In v8.9.x a bug was introduced that mean the baseUrl setting was not being honored when requests where being signed as part of the connection process between servers.

this means baseUrl is broken in v8.9.0 - v8.9.4

(fixed in v8.9.5)
