Snapshot fails, only sometimes with error "Access to the path ... denied".

Sometimes when creating a snapshot the process fails when it tries to copy the Templates. The weird thing is sometimes it succeeds without any error - with no changes to the content whatsoever between the snapshots. This happens on a test environment so the the processes that access the files should only be IIS related.

Error message: failed: Access to the path 'D:\home\site\wwwroot\uSync\Snapshots\20210421_095756_t4\Templates\footerelement1.config' is denied.

Umbraco Version: 8.10.1 uSync Version: v8.9.1 + Content Edition (v8.9.1), Snapshots (v8.9.4.0), Complete (v8.9.4.0) Browser: Mozilla Firefox (Latest)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a snapshot.
2. 50% Possibility to get an error message

Expected behavior The snapshot should complete successfully each time.

We're taking a look at this, quick question is there any possibility that the server is load balanced ? we've had a few where this is true, and because the process is multiple steps sometimes the second step is on a different server so the folder might be missing and the request fails. ?

No it is not load balanced. It is just a server used by the devs for testing, so it is a basic Azure App Service.
