Expand side-by-side browser to also be of use in normal push / pull. #164

Currently we have the side-by-side view of pages when you look at them view the 'remote browser' tab. but when you do an normal push, we just show the standard details view.

for the UI refresh release (now 9.2) we will push the side-by-side view into a tab on the details view so you can view the page / media on two servers side by side so you get a visual clue as to what is happening between two pages (just as we currently do in the dashboards)
