Umbraco 10 introduces changes to how basic authentication works, so requests can be setup to bypass the basic authentication request if they contain the correct header and secret value :
this means uSync Publisher requests can be tagged with this header and any basic auth that people have setup on their site will not be fired for the requests (making that all a bit easier).
