uSync.Complete via API/Command Line #182

Ability to push the uSync.Complete publisher commands via a public api end point or via something like uSync triggers.

Currently publisher takes a number of steps,

  1. We could have a command line tool that understands this and does the looping through all the steps so you would see the Realtime progress as it happened.
  2. Ability for the process to happen in the background so it can be triggered and then it just happens.
